يُعتبر شلال ناتشي أحد أعلى الشلالات في اليابان، ويقع بالقرب من معبد ناتشي تايشا الضخم. المنظر مهيب خاصة مع المعبد الذي يقع في الأسفل.

يقع شلال كيجون في حديقة نيكو الوطنية ويعتبر واحدًا من أجمل ثلاثة شلالات في اليابان. يتدفق الماء من بحيرة تشوزينجي ويسقط بقوة على الصخور.

يقع شلال تشيونجييون في جزيرة جيجو ويشتهر بجماله الطبيعي المحيط به. الاسم يعني 'اتصال السماء بالأرض' ويعكس روعة المكان.

يتألف شلال تشيونجيوبان من ثلاثة أقسام، ويقال إن اسمه يعني 'بركة الرب'. تحيط به النباتات الاستوائية وهو مكان رائع للاسترخاء.

يُعتبر شلال هوانغوشو أحد أكبر الشلالات في آسيا ويقع في مقاطعة قويتشو. يتميز بضخامة تدفقه وإمكانية مشاهدته من زوايا متعددة.

يقع شلال ديوغوشان في مقاطعة هيلونغجيانغ، ويتجمد في فصل الشتاء ليتحول إلى منظر جليدي فريد من نوعه.

Senjojiki Falls is not a very tall waterfall, it is 18m high, but very broad and beautiful. Due to the river bed that creates the waterfall, it's the most visually impressive in the area.

Shiraito Falls are a beautiful waterfall in the Fuji Five Lake region. The waterfall drops over hundreds of narrow streams of water down a 20 meter high cliff. It is fed by the subterranean flow from Mount Fuji's snowmelt.

Fukiware Falls are nicknamed the "Niagara of the Orient" due to its broadness. Over 10 meters wide and 7 meters high, the falls are made as water from the Katashina River cuts through rocks and makes its way downstream. It is designated a Natural Monument of Japan.

Yōrō Falls is a waterfall in Yōrō Park, Yōrō, Gifu Prefecture, Japan, that has been selected as one of the "Japan Top 100 Waterfalls", in a listing compiled by the Japanese Ministry of the Environment in 1990. The falls are located in a forested valley with a relative abundance of deciduous trees.
